Everything about one college, on one screen

Updated August 15, 2026

Open any school from My Schools, a timeline row, or a next step, and you land on that program's own screen. It carries the coaching staff and their email addresses, every message either of you has sent, the camps and visits you have with them, and your standing note about why you are interested. You can reach that screen from the moment you add a school — you do not have to have contacted anyone first.

What is on the screen

  • The program header — school, division, where it is, and whether it is on your list.
  • Why it matched you: plain chips like the degree share for your area of study, how many coaches are on file, and the size or setting of the campus.
  • Coaches: name, title, sport and email, with a button to write to each one. Above eight coaches the list starts collapsed so it does not bury everything below it — tap the heading to open it.
  • The timeline: every email you sent, every reply or text you logged, every showcase you went to, in the order it actually happened.
  • Upcoming: their camps and visits, with your answer and the registration deadline.
  • "Why this program" — your own standing note, which you can edit at any time.

Why this screen exists

It used to take five or six clicks and a typed filter to see one program's full picture, and a school you had never contacted could not be opened at all — the only per-program view lived inside Correspondence, and that list is built from correspondence. So exactly the schools that most needed action were the ones with no way in.

Now the program is the thing you open, and everything about it is there whether the relationship is two years old or five minutes old.

How to get there

  • My Schools → Open program on any card.
  • Correspondence → Timeline → click the school on any row.
  • Your dashboard → a next step that names a school or a coach takes you straight there, with the thread already filtered to that person.
  • Calendar → the school name on any event.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to email someone before I can open a program?

No. The program screen works from the moment the school is on your list, which is the whole reason it was built.

Why are there coaches from other sports in the list?

The roster shows coaches for your sport plus anyone whose title marks them as a recruiting or athletics contact, because at many schools the recruiting coordinator is the right first email. At a large athletic department that can pull in staff from other sports — check the sport column before you write.

Is my note private?

Yes. "Why this program" is yours. It is never sent to a coach and never appears on your public profile.
