Building your list of schools

Two ways in

• •Add School — search the directory and add the ones you already have in mind.
• •AI Match Schools — suggestions built from your profile. The scoring happens before the AI sees anything, so a school that fits your stated preferences badly never reaches it to be argued for.

Working the list

The list is alphabetical by default, on purpose: this is something you come back to for months, and an order that rearranges itself moves the same school every visit.

When you want to work rather than browse, switch the sort to "Not contacted" and every program nobody has written to rises to the top. Your choice is remembered.

Writing to several at once

Select multiple for initial outreach prepares an individual first email for each coach you tick — separate messages, each written for that program. They land in Drafts for you to read and send one at a time. Nothing is broadcast and nothing sends itself.

What "messaged N contacts" means

It counts the coaches at that school YOU have contacted. It is not a measure of anyone else's activity, and it is the only first-person count on the screen.
