For coaches, trainers & clubs

Give your athletes a real recruiting edge — and earn for it.

Your athletes already trust you. Skoutd helps them get in front of the right college coaches — for a fraction of what traditional recruiting services charge. Share your code, and you earn recurring income for every family that joins. It's free for you, and every dollar is tracked.

Earn recurring income

30% of every payment from athletes who subscribe with your code — monthly or annual — for their first year. Paid out monthly.

Real help for your athletes

Affordable, transparent college outreach that works for the athlete — not another expensive, opaque service.

Free & zero work for you

No cost to partner and nothing to run — you just hand out your code. Skoutd does the profile, outreach and tracking for the athlete.

How it works

  1. 1
    We set you up
You get your own partner code (e.g. COACHMIKE) — set up in a quick call or email. Want to see it first? Watch the walkthrough below or ask us for a live example profile.
  2. 2
    Share your code
Hand it to your athletes' families however you like — a text, a team email, a flyer.
  3. 3
    They save
Families get 20% off their first month on the monthly plan when they join with your code — then just $14.99/mo, cancel anytime. The annual plan is already the lowest price, so your code simply credits you there.
  4. 4
    You earn
30% of every payment for each athlete who subscribes — $4.50 of a full-price month, $44.70 at once on an annual plan — for their first 12 months of service. Every referral is tracked, we pay out monthly, and you can ask for your earnings statement any time.

See exactly what your athletes get

The fine print, up front

  • • No cost, no exclusivity. Partnering is free and you're never locked in.
  • • Athlete-first, always. Skoutd works for the athlete — it never ranks or limits where they can play.
  • • Fully transparent. Families see every email sent on their behalf, and you see every referral you've earned.
  • • Fair & simple. You earn only while your athletes stay subscribed — because Skoutd has to keep earning it too.

Ready to help your athletes get recruited?

Tell us about your team and we'll get you set up with your code.

How old are you?

Partners under 18 need a parent or guardian to confirm the agreement — we'll email them a link.

A team email, a flyer at practice, your socials — whatever fits. This is the main thing we look at when reviewing applications.

The code families type at signup. We'll use this if it's available, or suggest one.

How should we pay you?

Monthly, with no fees taken out.

Mailing address

Needed for your year-end tax form if you earn commissions. We'll request a W-9 separately before your first payout — never enter a Social Security or EIN number on this form.
